As per the information received by NEPSE on 2074-06-27 from Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., the 75th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-06-26 has proposed distribution of 10% Bonus Shares and 5% Cash Dividend to their shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
