As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-05 at 10:25 AM from Unique Finance Ltd., the 96th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-01 has proposed distribution of 7% Bonus Shares and 0.0368% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
