As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-05-31 from Sindhu Bikas Bank Ltd.,the 136th BOD Meeting of the company has proposed distribution of 12.5% Bonus Shares and 0.66% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
