As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-06 at 10:45 AM from Siddhartha Development Bank Ltd., the 314th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-05 has proposed distribution of 11% Bonus Shares and 0.58% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
