Sahayogi Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-28 that the 246th BOD meeting of the comapny has decided to propose 20% stock dividend and 4.5% cash dividend(including tax) to its shareholders subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
