As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-05-31 at 1 PM from Om Finance Ltd.,the 219th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-05-30 has proposed distribution of 27.07% Bonus Shares and 1.42% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
