As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-11 at 11:50 AM from Nepal Investment Bank Ltd., the 440th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-11 has proposed distribution of 33% Bonus Shares and 1.74% Cash Dividend to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
