As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-11 at 10:00 AM from Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd., the 274h BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-09 has proposed distribution of 25% Bonus Shares and 1.32% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
