Narayani National Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-05-30 at 10:50 AM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-05-29 has proposed 18% stock dividend and 7% cash dividend to its shareholders which subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
