Nabil Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-11 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-05-09 has decided to propose 30% stock dividend and 18% cash dividend to its shareholders subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
