Nabil Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-17 at 3:30 PM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-06-17 has decided to propose 30% stock dividend and 6.842% cash dividend to its shareholders which subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
