Mero Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-04-25 at 12:00 PM that the BOd meeting of the company held on 2074-04-25 has decided to propose 30% stock dividend and 12.105% cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
