As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-05 at 10:40 AM from Mahalaxmi Finance Ltd., the 290th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-01 has proposed distribution of 15% Bonus Shares and 0.79% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
