Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-23 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-05-22 has decided to propose 19.89% stock dividend and 25.11% cash dividend to its shareholders subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
