Bank of Kathmandu Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-12 at 2:30 PM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-06-11 has proposed 26% stock dividend and 1.368% cash dividend to its shareholders which subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
