Bonus and Right Share of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd.

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-11 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-05-09 has decided to propose 25% stock dividend and 1.32% cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders. The same meeting has decided to issue right share in the ratio of 1:1 after the bonus share and issuance of previously announced right share in the ratio of 2:1.
