Bonus and Right Share of Ngadi Group Power Ltd.

Ngadi Group Power Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-12 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-05-12 has decided to propose 10% stock dividend and 0.53% cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the profit of year 2073/74. Same meeting has decided to propose 30% right share after the bonus share to its shareholders. Both the decisions are subject to he approval from its AGM
