Mahalaxmi Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-20 at 11:23 AM that the 15% stock dividend and 0.79% cash dividend(for tax purpose) as Proposed by the BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-06-01 has been approved by NRB which subject to the approval of the company--supcoming AGM.
