Approved Bonus Share and Right Shares of Tinau Development Bank Ltd.

Tinau Development Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-24 at 12:10 PM that the 9th AGM of the company held on 2072-06-18 as approved the 18% stock dividend to its shareholders as proposed by its BOD meeting. The same AGM has also approved the the proposal of 25% right shares to its shareholders after the bonus share. Similarly the AGM has elected Mr. Rajendra Prasad Bajha (President), Mr. Jivan Prasad Bajha, Mr. Rameshwor Prasad Kasaju and Mr. Ujjwal Prasad Kasaju as the directors of the company.
