Triveni Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-29 at 10:55 AM that the dividend has now been amended to 10.08% stock dividend(Bonus Shares) as per the NRB--s Directive, which was announced previously as 10% Stock Dividend and 0.53% cash dividend(for tax purpose) decided by its 192nd BOD Meeting held on 2072-06-24, which subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
