Amendment in Bonus Share and Cash Dividend of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-13 at 11:25 AM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-06-12 has amended its previously announced dividend to its shareholders as 34.2% stock dividend and 1.8% cash dividend(for tax purpose) instead of 30% stock dividend and 10% Cash dividend as per the NRB--s directive, which subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
