222nd Board Meeting of Laxmi Bank Limited held at 4:30 PM on 27th November, 2019 has decided to hold its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 22, 2019 (6th Poush, 2076) and also approved the agenda for the AGM, including distribution of 10% Bonus Shares and 5% Cash Dividend, including tax on bonus share.
