Yak and Yeti Hotel Limited will be conducting its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 18, 2073. The AGM will be held at the company’s registered office, Lal Durbar, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu at 3:00 PM.
The agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of the FY 2072/73, appointment of auditor and election of a BOD member.
The register of the shareholders has remained closed from Magh 7, 2073 till the conduction of its AGM.
