Nepal Telecom to distribute 51 % cash dividend warrant from tomorrow; NMB bank a/c holders to get cash dividend in their respective a/c

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) will be distributing 51% cash dividend to its shareholders from tomorrow (Chaitra 2, 2073). The company’s 9^th AGM held on Falgun 30, 2073 had endorsed 51% cash dividend to its shareholders. The company had approved to distribute 51% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the FY 2072/73. The cash dividend cheque would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday at NMB Capital Limited, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. Shareholders providing the account of NMB Bank Limited to get cash dividend directly transferred to their respective account from today onwards. The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers:

1. Shareholders have to bring original or Photocopy of share certificate or demat account acknowledgement along with photocopy of citizenship certificate.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the dividend themselves.
3.  Approval letter from concerned bank is mandatory in case of shareholders having their shares as collateral.
