Nepal  Bank auctioning 1.89 lakh units unclaimed right shares from Ashad 13 at Rs 100 & above

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) is going to auction its unclaimed ordinary right shares from Ashad 13, 2074. The bank is selling 1,89,629 units ordinary shares after the right shares issued from Baisakh 7, 2074 to Jestha 10, 2074, 2074 were not fully subscribed by its shareholders. NBL had offered right shares in the ratio 100:23.74. The minimum bid price for the shares is set for Rs 100, which means the bid amount per share should be greater than Rs 100. The auction will last till Ashad 19, 2074 and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Ashad 20, 2074 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must apply for a minimum of 100 units of shares. Civil Capital Market Limited is the issue manager for the auction. Applicants can collect the bid forms from Civil Capital Market Limited, CTC mall, Kathmandu. The bank has urged interested bidders to deposit the bid amount within banking hours on Asadh 19, 2074 in the account number 00210000482018 maintained in the name of Civil Capital Market Limited in Nepal bank Limited, Kathamandu. Nepal Bank Limited has earned net profit has of Rs. 2.51 arba in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital stands at Rs 6.49 arba and after issuance of 23.74% right share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 8.04 arba.
