20th AGM of Taragaon Regency Hotels on Falgun 17

Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited (TRH) will be conducting its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 17, 2073. The AGM will be held at Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of FY 23072/73 and appointment of auditor.
The register of the shareholders will be closed from tomorrow (Magh 25, 2073) to till Falgun 11, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.
