Soaltee Hotel declares 21.05% dividend; AGM on Mangsir 28, Book Closure on Mangsir 4

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) has proposed 21.05 percent dividend from the profits it earned in the last FY 2073/74. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, The BOD meeting of the company held today (Kartik 5, 2074)  has proposed 15% bonus share and 6.05% cash dividend for its shareholders. This announcement is subject to approval from the company’s upcoming 43^rd  AGM which is going to be held on Mangsir 28, 2074 at Tribhuwan Army Officer Club, Sundhara, Kathmandu. The book closure date for the dividend has been set on  Mangsir 4, 2074 till Mangsir 28, 2074. Only those shareholders having shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. till Mangsir 3, 2074 are eligible for bonus share of the company and participation in the AGM. SHL had earned net profit of Rs 18.29 crore up to the end of fourth quarter of FY 2073/74. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 57.91 crore. After issuance of 15% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 66.59 crore.
