LIC Nepal appoints Mr. Bimal Gharti Magar as Brand Ambassador; inaugurated 9 branches

Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited (LICN) has appointed Mr. Bimal Gharti Magar, Player of Nepal’s National Football Team as the Brand Ambassador of the company. On the occasion, Mr. Chiranjibi Chapagain, Chairman of Insurance Board, inaugurated the advertisement which was made public during the program. Mr. Chapagain also inaugurated 9 branch offices of LICN located in Illam, Damak, Itahari, New Baneswor, Kalanki, Banepa, Nuwakot, Baitadi and Palpa through online amid a function. As per Mr. Abhijeet Ghosh Dastidar, Acting CEO of the company, there is a lack of substantial awareness about insurance in Nepal, which the company aims to increase through various advertisements depicting Mr Bimal Gharti Magar, National Football Player. Till now, the company has been providing services from 43 branches and will further add more branches in near future, added the statement.
