Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini elects new directors
The 22nd Annual General Meeting of Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini (BOKL) held on Chaitra 3, 2073 has elected new board of directors. Representing from the promoter shareholders group, Mr. Sanjay Bahadur Shah, Mr. Kedar Nath Gautam, Mr. Prakash Shrestha and Mr. Radhesh Pant have been elected from the meeting-said a press statement issued by the bank.
Similarly, representing the public shareholders group, Prof. Hem Raj Subedi PhD, Mr. Govind Prasad Sharma, Mr. Saurav K.C. and Mr. Madan Lal Joshi have been elected.
Further, the board meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors held on March 17, 2017 has elected Mr. Prakash Shrestha as the Chairman of the Board, added the statement.
