277 bidders allotted 2.80 lakh units auctioned ordinary shares of Kumari Bank; Cut-off price at Rs 307

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) had auctioned its 2,80,470 units ordinary share and 86,092.66 units of promoter right share to the general public from Jestha 14, 2074 till Jestha 21, 2074. The bid was opened today at 3:00 PM. An official of Siddhartha Capital Limited, which managed the auction for Kumari Bank, informed that the cut off price for 2,80,470 units ordinary shares stood at Rs 307. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 400. Total, 2019 applicants submitted their bids for the auctioned ordinary shares in which 277 applicants got the shares. Similarly, for 86,092.66 units promoter right share, the bank set the cut off price of Rs. 107.  The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs. 140. Total 3 applicants submitted their bids for promoter shares and all of them got shares. KBL has earned net profit of Rs 37.59 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74 as per its unaudited report. Its last traded price stood at Rs 330 as of today (June 5, 2017).
