Shree Ram Sugar Mills 22nd AGM on Chaitra 28; to endorse 300% right share

Shree Ram Sugar Mills (SRS) will be conducting its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 28, 2073. The AGM is going to be held at Russian Culture Center, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 12:00 PM. The main agendas of the AGM are:
  1. To endorse right share in the ratio 1:3 (300%).
  2. To amend the Article of Association (AOA) and Memorandum of Association (MOA) as per Company Act, 2063.
  3. After issuance of right shares, its paid up capital will increase—and amend its AOA and MOA accordingly as per directions received from regulatory authorities.
Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial statements of FY 2072/73 includes, appointment of auditor for FY 2073/74 and appointment of Board of Directors (BOD).
