Last day to secure 15% stock dividend of RSDC Laghubitta; Book Closure on Chait 1

Today is the last day to get hold of 15 percent stock dividend of RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) for the fiscal year 2072/73. The book closure date for the AGM has been set for Chaitra 1, 2073 till Chaitra 12, 2073. Only the shares registered one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. today (Falgun 30 2073) are eligible for the 15 percent bonus shares. The microfinance company will be convening its 3^rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 12, 2073. RSDC Laghubitta has earned net profit of Rs 1.09 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital remains at Rs 10 crore. After issuance of 15% bonus share and 200% right share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 34.50 crore.
