Kanchan Development Bank shifts into its own building

Kanchan Development Bank Limited has shifted its head office to its own building in Kanchanpur, Mahendranagar. The bank has been providing services to its customers through its nine branches in Mahendranagar, Daiji, Jhalari, Beldadi, Belauri, Dhangadhi, Attariya, Amargadhi and in Punarbas, and through its IBRD extension counter. The bank aims to open new branches in Tikapur, Lamki, Sukhad and Bauniya within 3 months. Kanchan-dev The development bank has been providing services to 81,634 customers and has collected deposits of Rs 2.31 arba. Likewise, it has disbursed more than Rs 2.11 arba in loans to 7,297 of its active customers. Issuing a press statement, the bank has also been providing loans to deprived population without collateral. Among all the BFIs based in Mahendranagar, only Kanchan Development Bank has actively been working to increase its capital as per directions received from Nepal Rastra Bank, added the statement.
