Global IME Samunnat Scheme-1 reports drop in NAV to Rs 8.45 in Magh

Global IME Samunnat Scheme-1 (GIMES1), a closed-end 5 years mutual fund scheme managed by Global IME Capital Limited, has reported a decline in its net asset value (NAV). As per the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV dropped to Rs. 8.45 in Magh end from Rs 9.21 on Poush end. The NAV of the fund is below the par value of Rs 10 per unit. The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 1 arba, has Rs. 36.45 crore in the shares of 69 listed companies and Rs 5.11 crore in non-listed shares as of Magh 2073 end. It has saved Rs 15 crore in fixed deposit account. The fund has reported a net loss of Rs. 20.16 crore till the month of Magh. Out of its total investment in listed shares, Global IME Samunnat Scheme -1 has bought 721,210 lakh unit shares (Rs 1.10 crore), the highest shares of Nabil Balance Fund-1.
