Arun Kabeli trading suspended in NEPSE due to error in crediting IPO shares

Trading of Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) has been suspended today (April 19, 2017) in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE). As per the notice published in NEPSE, “The security "AKPL" has been now suspended as per the letter received from CDSC.” As per the official of CDSC, “There was error in crediting the IPO shares in the shareholders Demat account. The trading has been suspended as a measure of precaution so we have requested Nepse to suspend the trading of AKPL. The trading will resume as soon as the matter gets solved.” Arun Kabeli had listed 1,50,00,000 units shares in CDS & Clearing Limited and in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on April 7, 2017 and it has started its trading from April 16.
